Randy has worked for Euro RSCG, Modernista!, Mcgarrybowen, UNION (a branded content agency he co-founded), Deutsch and Young & Rubicam. He created campaigns for Sony Electronics, Heineken, Reebok, Comedy Central, The National Football League, and Miller Brewing Company. His work has been recognized by, Communication Arts, Archive, Clio, Addy, Cannes Advertising Festival, London International Festival and AICP.

He has written and produced segments for Fox Television’s The Best Damn Sports Show Period and co-wrote and produced Plato, a sitcom pilot for Paramount Television based on a similarly themed advertising campaign for Sony Electronics.
